Using this store
These Terms of Service apply to the Sea Titan Paddleboards online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies that apply to your purchase.
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate purchase and contact information. Do not submit fraudulent orders, misrepresent your identity, upload malicious code or interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Product information
Product pages identify the model, size, price, availability and included equipment offered. The selected product and option matter: equipment, dimensions and intended use can differ between boards and accessories.
Screen settings can affect how colors appear. Prices and product information may change; your order confirmation records the items and amounts you paid. An in-stock label and a pre-order label describe different availability conditions.
Orders and payment
- Currency
- USD (United States dollars).
- Checkout
- Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. The items, quantities, taxes and shipping amounts presented there describe the payment being requested. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact details.
- Payment status
- A processing or failed payment is not a confirmed paid order. Payment status must be confirmed by the payment provider. Keep your order confirmation for support, returns or warranty inquiries.
A Sea Titan customer account is not required. For questions about an existing order or a requested change, contact us with your order number.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is not an in-stock order. The pre-order label and offer details on the selected product page apply to that design and size.

- Production depends on funding a complete batch of 10 boards of the same design and size.
- Dispatch
- Dispatch date not yet confirmed.
Payment alone does not mean a production batch is funded or a board is ready to dispatch. Preorder questions or requests to change an order should be directed to Sea Titan; do not assume a cancellation or refund has been approved without confirmation.
Shipping and delivery
- Destinations
- United States and Canada.
- Shipping offers
- Free shipping on orders $200+. Standalone accessories also ship free to the United States and Canada.
The shipping and tax amounts for your order are shown at checkout. Delivery timing depends on product availability, destination and carrier. A preorder's dispatch date is not confirmed unless Sea Titan has separately provided confirmation for that order.
Returns and warranty
30-day returns on unused items.
- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return the product(s) in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Return requests are reviewed before return authorization and instructions are provided. Ship the product(s) back to the return address provided by our Customer Support team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The paddle boards have a limited lifetime warranty covering material manufacturer defects under normal use. Coverage, exclusions and claim requirements depend on the applicable product warranty; this does not promise a new warranty duration for standalone accessories.
Privacy and website content
The Privacy Policy describes the current store's handling of checkout information, inquiries, cookies and browser storage. Separate services, including payment and carrier websites, have their own terms and privacy practices.
Sea Titan's website content, product artwork and branding belong to Sea Titan or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or resell them without permission except where permitted by law.
Website availability and uninterrupted, error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in this section replaces a published product warranty or limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Governing law and contact
The laws of British Columbia, Canada govern these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
